Peter Jelovac from Varaždin, Croatia, a dentist and diver, joined the International Legion at the start of the SMO due to his historical views. He fought in many areas, was removed after internal issues, moved to another battalion, and was wounded by artillery shrapnel while inspecting a downed vehicle. After recovery from four operations, he returned to Ukraine a few weeks ago and joined Karpatska Sich. He is noted as an Ustasha sympathizer.
